Lithium Chile (TSX-V:LITH) is the largest landholder of lithium salars in Chile outside of Chilean govt. & SQM. The company owns seventeen projects, encompassing 166,950 hectares on Li-rich Salars. The portfolio includes projects with high-grade lithium brines and excellent chemistry, at shallow depths – all of which have good access to infrastructure. The company has a proven management team and an experienced, Chilean-based technical team which has proven skilled at acquiring community approval to explore and drill (a mandatory requirement in Chile). Mr. Cochrane’s extensive capital market experience will be an invaluable asset as Lithium Chile continues with the roll-out and expansion of its lithium strategy.
Kelly Kimbley

Kelly Kimbley

Mr. Kimbley is President and Chief Executive Officer of PetroFrontier Corp. a heavy oil company listed on the TSX Venture Exchange and a director of Lithium Chile Inc. and has experience as a senior officer and board member of numerous Canadian public and private companies. Mr. Kimbley has significant capital markets experience and holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Saskatchewan and is a member of The Law Society of Alberta.

Ken DeWyn

Ken DeWyn (57) currently serves as (a member of the LITH board and) the Executive Director for the CSCE, which operates a 950 student Pre-K to Grade 12 alternative program within the Palliser Regional School District. Previously, he was a business development consultant, and an owner/operator in both private and commercial aviation companies in Calgary. He has participated in multiple junior capital ventures, and has served as a director with private and publicly traded oil and gas, and mining companies over the last 20 years.
